The first session lasts 50-60 minutes and is dedicated to getting to know each other, understanding, and mutually defining therapeutic goals.

An individual session costs circa 30€; special rates are available for students and large families.

Some insurance funds cover part of the psychotherapy cost. I provide psychologist service receipts for submission to your insurer.

Online sessions are conducted via a secure video calling platform (Webex). You only need a quiet space, internet connection, and headphones. They are just as effective as in-person sessions.

Absolutely. I follow a strict professional protocol in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Association of Greek Psychologists and the GDPR. Nothing you say is shared with third parties.
